INGREDIENTS

350 grams of potatoes, boiled, fried, cut into pieces
350 grams of tofu
350 grams of tempe (soybean fermentation)
7 pieces of lettuce, torn
2 pieces of cucumber, thinly sliced
100 grams bean sprouts, boiled
200 grams of cabbage, sliced, boiled
The oil for frying

Tempe (soybean fermentation) Tofu marinade ingredients (stir Average):

3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml water

Sauce Ingredients:

200 grams of peanut skin, fried, mashed
3 lime leaves, remove the leaves bones
2 tablespoons soy sauce

600 ml coconut milk from coconuts 1/4

HOW TO MAKE

Soak tempe and tofu in the marinade ingredients. Fried in oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked. Set aside.
